Prior to submitting this registration form, please carefully read and agree to the following –

Eligibility Criteria – Are you eligible for the drafts ?

• You are a Legal Permanent Resident within the United States as a US Citizen, Green-card Holder, Student or via a Valid Work Permit
• You are NOT an overseas Citizen currently visiting the United States on a Tourist Visa like B-1/B-2 or an athlete visa like P-1 etc.
• If needed, you are able to provide a Government Issued ID and/or Visa Status Documentation.

Undertaking - Do you agree ?

• You confirm your availability for the entirety of US NYPL 2025 i.e. April 29th - May 4th.
• If you are not Predrafted by any franchise, you understand that will need to comply the Tournament fee grades (Elite-1500$, Platinum-1000$, Gold-500$), and cannot request your franchise for any additional monetary benefits.
• You have read the Financials section on the US NYPL website and you agree to all the terms listed.
• Once drafted, you agree to uphold decision and ruling of the US NYPL Organizers and Officials in high regards, any disciplinary or non-compliance issues with your conduct can and will result in your immediate disqualification.
• Once drafted, you agree to put the most sincere foot forward to contribute to the success of your franchise and will meet all reasonable requirements by your franchise towards participating in matches, trainings, team meetings and related events.
• US NYPL and its affiliate partners shall have full marketing and promotional rights on all its branding/marketing platforms in relation to you for the entirety of the US NYPL 2025 edition and any of its associated marketing campaigns.
